about

The EverDead's first official release was an EP called Slumber Party Massacre, which was released on Halloween of 2002. The label wanted it to be a limited edition deal, so only 500 were pressed and we sold out within a month.

For the album's second pressing, we decided to overdub some of the instruments and improve the mixing. We then decided to toss on a bunch of bonus tracks, changing it from an EP into a pseudo full-length album that compiled all of our studio recordings up to that point (with the exception of the original EP's intro track "Eerie Bones" and its secret track "Satan Loves You," which remain exclusive to the out of print EP). We dubbed this compilation album Slumber Party Massacre II, and released it in August of 2003.

This version of the album, Slumber Party Massacre II [Redux], is the same as the previous release except I have rearranged the track listing a bit and I removed two cover songs that we were never quite satisfied with.
